Terms of Service

By accessing or using TriniBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using TriniBot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

TriniBot provides businesses with tools to manage bookings and appointments, automate customer replies, and communicate with customers through WhatsApp. The Service includes conversation management, appointment scheduling, service listings, and related business automation features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use TriniBot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access.

As a business using TriniBot, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including:

• Service descriptions, pricing, and availability;
• Operating hours and staff schedules;
• Customer booking and contact information;
• Business policies, including deposit and cancellation terms.

You agree to keep all business information current and accurate, and to obtain any necessary consents from your customers before collecting or processing their information through TriniBot.

You agree not to use TriniBot to:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages;
• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
• Impersonate another person or business;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any individual or business;
• Misuse the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform or violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the Service;
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago or any other applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

TriniBot relies on third-party services to operate, including the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, which is used to send and receive messages. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Changes or disruptions to third-party services may affect the functionality of TriniBot.

We strive to keep TriniBot available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may experience interruptions, delays, or scheduled maintenance. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. We are not liable for any downtime or loss resulting from service interruptions.

Certain features of TriniBot may require a subscription or paid plan. Where applicable, billing terms, fees, and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of subscription or made available within the platform. You are responsible for all fees associated with your account. Payments are processed through our authorised payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may adjust our fees or introduce new charges upon reasonable notice.

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you have engaged in harmful or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

TriniBot, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Rosetech AI Solutions Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. Business content you upload remains your property; you grant us a licence to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosetech AI Solutions Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TriniBot. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

TriniBot does not guarantee the uninterrupted or timely delivery of messages through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform or any other third-party messaging service. Message delivery is subject to the availability, policies, and technical limitations of those providers. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or filtered messages originating from third-party systems.

We may update or modify the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of TriniBot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
